Here are 10 proven ways which can help in training your mind and keep your brain sharp. 


10. Exercise/ Yoga



From childhood, we know that excercise or yoga helps us to stay fit, healthy and fresh. Doing excercise leads to a healthy body, healthy body effects the brain. A healthy body has a healthy mind and the healthy mind never distracts from his goal. Healthy minds have positive thoughts. 



9. Read a Book



Reading is beneficial on many levels. When you read, not only do you absorb the information contained in the book, but the act of reading itself builds connections within the brain that make it more versatile. Reading will bring you through new words which will increase your vocabulary skills. 


8. Eat Right



 Many foods, including nuts, fish and red wine, have been linked to a healthy brain. But concentrating on an all-around healthy diet may be the best nutritional strategy for keeping the brain sharp. Bra

Maintaining an upright, un-slouched posture improves circulation and blood-flow to the brain.Brain needs Good blood circulation to work properly. If it won't work  properly then it may hinder your whole body and probably intelligence too. 



6. Sleep Well

Crosswords are a popular choice, but puzzles of all kinds may be similarly helpful. It brings challenges, challenges leads to thinking. Thinking for answer is the best way gain more knowledge. Because If we are finding answer if something, we go through different books,  videos, articles and by doing this we unknowingly gains more and more knowledge.
